Painted Town Screensaver is a lovely screensaver that includes multiple cartoonish paintings. The paintings are beautiful houses in different environments. Most of them are surrounded by colorful flowers and trees, other are located near a lake or sea, and others are in the middle of the countryside, among others. All the paintings are very colorful and attractive, and they are shown with a different transition effect, which unfortunately you cannot customize. Sadly, the screensaver doesn't include music or sounds, and neither can you add your own like in most screensavers.

From the settings menu, you will be able to customize the transition effect time, adapter, and whether or not you wish to include a digital clock and slide number. You also will be able to customize their position on the screen, size, format and color. The slideshow can also be controlled using certain keyboard keys specified in this menu.
